i found the breakfast excellent. there was fresh food prepared in front of guests. it included vegetables and fruits. the hotel staff was very cute and accommodating. the room design was beautiful and provided all the comfort i needed. the location offers easy access.
the room i stayed in had low doorways. it could be problematic if you are assigned a ground floor room. i advise requesting rooms on upper floors for a better experience. i recommend confirming room details prior to arrival.

the location is great. it is a short walk to the sights. there are many restaurants and shops on the street. the windows offered good sound insulation, so i slept very well.
i thought the pillows provided were a bit too soft for my personal preference, but it was a minor issue.

the staff surprised me with a birthday cake and song! decor throughout the hotel was very pretty. the location offered a convenient walk to the grand bazaar and blue mosque! i found the english skills of the staff to be excellent.
the hotel is on a steep hill, made walking to public transport challenging!

Breakfast featured many turkish foods, a variety of desserts, and pure bee honey. I did notice only one or two types of ham were available, and natural juices were not offered.

The staff, especially Mariem and Nadia, were cute. They provided assistance with taxis and restaurant recommendations. I also enjoyed the breakfast selection with its fresh options. The location was central. I found it convenient for sightseeing because it was close to many attractions.
The steep uphill road made accessing the nearest tram station difficult. The hotel sits at the bottom of that hill. Walking up was a challenge.

The room was equipped well and quite comfortable with a nice sized bathroom, it also featured a very hot shower ensuring a relaxing experience after a long day.
